The Nvidia RTX 4070 is a newer and more powerful graphics card than the RTX 2070 Super. It is based on the newer Ada Lovelace architecture and features more CUDA cores, faster clock speeds, and more advanced ray tracing and DLSS capabilities. This gives the RTX 4070 a significant performance advantage in both gaming and content creation, especially with ray tracing enabled.

However, the RTX 4070 also has a higher price tag. If you are looking for a more budget-friendly graphics card that still offers good performance, especially if you are primarily gaming at 1080p or 1440p resolutions, the RTX 2070 Super is still a solid choice.
